How do orders ship?
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or Express. If you have an event date and product must arrive on or before that date, please authorize a faster method of shipping, by checking this box on the order form.
What is a valid shipping address?
We cannot ship to PO boxes. We must have a physical address since FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, however; separate orders for each address must be placed.
How can I calculate shipping costs?
Shipping fees are based on dimensional/weight, destination zone and the service selected. You will be charged standard published FedEx rates.
